These evenings are ceremonial spaces to slow down and soften. And to listen – to your body, your soul and the field we create together.
Held in Oakford, Soul Evenings invite you into presence, community and deep integration. This is where frequency becomes lived experience.
What Is a Soul Evening?
A Soul Evening is a sacred container of connection, embodiment and co‑creation. We gather in circle with ceremonial cacao, intentional presence and guided multidimensional journeys that support you to:
- Settle your nervous system and come home to your body
- Let go of what you’ve been carrying alone, especially what isn’t yours
- Integrate energetic shifts and soul activations
- Receive clarity, insight and embodied remembrance
- Be witnessed, and witness others – in truth and free from judgement
These evenings are gentle, spacious and deeply grounding. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. You are met exactly where you are.

Each Soul Evening includes:
- Opening of sacred space and grounding
- Ceremonial cacao to support heart‑body coherence
- A guided multidimensional journey
- Space for embodiment, stillness or gentle movement
- Optional sharing and collective integration
Every gathering is unique, guided by the land, the group and what is ready to move through the field. Even when themes are similar, no two evenings are the same.
This space is held in unity consciousness, where a shared field is gently woven while each person remains sovereign within their own domain. The energetic architecture in place supports clean, clear connection – free from transference or interference – allowing you to receive what is yours while staying anchored in your own space. I hold deep respect for each individual’s sovereignty and ask that this is honoured by all who enter.
