All sessions are held inside the Frequency Room in the Wellbeing Spot located at 1/31 Council Ave, Rockingham (cnr Goddard Street). Entry is via the rear carpark (look for Autobahn).

Bookings, Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment please refer to your confirmation email.

24 hours or more notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If 24 hours or more notice is given, you will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the session fee will be refunded if payment has already been made. If payment has not yet been made, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Please note: no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. If your session has been paid in advance, no refund will be provided. If payment has not yet been made, the full session fee will be charged.
