About me
Hi, I’m Natasha
I’m a qualified kinesiologist, multidimensional quantum healer, and mum to two beautiful girls.
My journey into healing began with motherhood, where I discovered the importance of supporting my nervous system, breaking generational cycles and prioritising self-healing.
My spiritual awakening led me to surrender to the Divine Feminine and reclaim my sovereignty.
It has been quite a journey and I have many stories to share just like I know you do too. Weaving through our stories and finding the connections brings me so much joy!

We are raising the future.
My Vision
To co-create a world where awakened souls remember who they are, embody their divine essence, and live in harmony with their soul’s purpose.
I envision a Golden Age where ancestral wounds are healed, multidimensional wisdom is integrated, and individuals move forward in unity, love, and sovereignty.
Through my work, I aim to build a thriving community that uplifts and supports each other in this evolution, making soul remembrance accessible to all who are ready to step into their power.
My Mission
To guide awakening souls – especially mothers, cycle breakers, and changemakers – through their multidimensional healing and remembrance journey. I help individuals break ancestral cycles, reclaim their sacred blueprint, and embody their highest frequency.
My mission grew from wanting to help mothers reconnect with their true essence, heal emotional wounds, and break free from survival mode. I know the feeling of losing yourself in motherhood, and I’m here to help you rediscover who you are, make peace with the past, and embrace the present with clarity and purpose.
It has evolved into supporting those who feel like they lose themselves on the spiritual journey as they embrace more of their multidimensionality. My mission is to create a safe space for you to explore the depths of your soul and reclaim the wonders of ALL that you are.

I never knew how much that related to my soul’s journey. I have been a shape-shifter and travelled between worlds rather than incarnating. I have stepped through stargates and discovered new wonders as well as unpleasant experiences.
I have been Arcturian, Lyran and Sirian. I have seen my star home yet do not know its name. I have been a dragon in the cosmos, in Lyra, in Lemuria and in medieval times. I have been a High Priestess in Atlantis and a Priestess in Ancient Egypt.
I have also experienced traumatic lifetimes where I have been sacrificed (I believe it was Mayan times but that hasn’t been made clear), experimented on (in Atlantis) and violently had my power taken from me (Ancient Egypt).
I share this to bring awareness to the soul remembrance journey. It’s not all rainbows and sunshine. There are traumas we have experienced in other existences on Earth as well as off world and they can imprint our experience in this lifetime. But we have the power to clear the pain and reclaim our gifts, knowledge and sovereignty.
We are in an amazing period where so many cycles are ending and we are bringing in something new. That is why now is the time to heal and remember all that we have been.
Advocating for Mental Health
Mental health advocacy is close to my heart. As a PANDA Community Champion, I’m passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health challenges, especially for mothers.
I had no idea I would also be normalising the intuition we received, the memories we restore, the psychic gifts we activate and connecting with the spirit of the land, our ancestors and our star family.
The shift in consciousness can make you wonder about your mental health. But when we see it happening right before our eyes in the gifts that are innately in our children there is no denying it. And this is why I know I am here to help the parents of these children whether they’re starseed, crystal or rainbow children.
I wasn’t aware of any of these when I became a mother and there is the possibility my rock bottom realising I had postnatal depression could have been my dark night of the soul but that isn’t something I actually subscribe to.
PANDA (Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia) was the helpline I rang when I realised I needed help when I was struggling with postnatal depression. I also reached out to a few mum friends and I was so surprised to learn so many of them had also experienced postnatal depression. I shared in my blog that it was one of these friends that suggested I try kinesiology and that changed my life so I will be forever grateful to her! We live in a society that doesn’t support the notion “it takes a village” which makes it hard to ask for help.
My own journey with postnatal depression taught me the power of asking for help, and I’m here to remind you that it’s okay to seek support. Together, we can create a healing village where no one feels alone.
